Alta Vista Manor - Canada - 72,500 sf. A locally owned and operated retirement residence, Alta Vista is conveniently located near the general hospital in Ottawa. This full service facility includes 218 spacious rooms on five floors plus a full underground garage.

Clearview School - Pennsylvania - 43,640 sf, project that gained all ten optimize energy credits for a USGBC LEED Gold designation. ECO-Block contributed to LEED energy credits, recycled material credits, and locally manufactured credits.

Best Inn & Suites - Kentucky - 106 unit, three story hotel. 56,000 sf. Exterior wall of ECO-Block with steel framing/masonry construction for interior walls. ECO-Block was chosen for energy savings and sound rating to combat the noise from the nearby airport.

Harborview Condominiums - Canada - Five story, 39 unit luxury condominium, approximately 12,900 sf per floor, ECO-Block was used for exterior, corridor, and demising walls; mechanical rooms, elevator shaft and stair wells. ECO-Block offered cost savings on construction time - 11 days per floor.

WestBend Aircraft Hangar - Wisconsin - TCA member contractor preset ECO-Block panels into 18 ft high tilt forms. Interior finished with steel panels, exterior concrete. ECO-Block was chosen for cost competitive insulation.

Marathon Mold - Florida - 8,600 sf manufacturing plant, combining ICF walls with steel frame interior. ECO-Block selected for energy savings and ability to withstand winds of up to 250 mph.
